Every custom project begins with a conversation about your story, your audience and what you hope to create. Together we explore ideas, possibilities and the best way to bring your vision to life.
Step 2
Concept & Design
Susan develops original artwork or design concepts based on your project goals. Sketches and early designs are shared and refined collaboratively to ensure the final direction reflects your story.
Step 3
Production
Once the custom artwork is finalized, Hazelmade works with trusted USA-based production partners to print and manufacture your custom products with the same care and quality as the Hazelmade product line.
Step 4
The Finished Piece
The result is a thoughtful, beautifully made object designed with your specific goals in mind to turn your story into a tangible experience for your customers, clients or community.
Custom Illustration Options
Three Ways We Can Create Custom Artwork Together
Exclusive Artwork
Brand-new, custom design, made specifically for you or your organization. The artwork will be exclusive to a specific product or product range for your organization’s use within an agreed upon timeframe.
Custom Artwork
A unique piece designed for you based on collaboration, conversation and your project goals. This can include integration of your organization’s logo or custom colors. Design elements created in this process may appear in some variation in the Hazelmade product line.
Custom Packaging
Custom packaging to highlight your business or event can be created for any current Hazelmade design. This option is quick, simple and affordable, while still delivering a distinctly customized item.

Project Type:
Custom-illustrated tea towels complete with a custom insert card and wrap-around band. The packaging prominently featured a QR code that shared the full story of our collaboration and detailed the sustainable aspects of Hazelmade’s production process, key elements for the client.
