Do you offer local pickup?
I always offer FREE Local Contactless Pickup from my studio in Kent, Ohio. Please select this option during checkout. Pickup orders are typically available within 2 to 48 hours of placing your order. Do you offer shipping discounts or free shipping?
Sometimes I offer free shipping on large orders. Please check your cart during the checkout process to see if you qualify, or email me (info@shopHazelmade.com) for more details.
Do you have sales or discount codes?
Yes, occasionally I will have sales or discount codes available. These will always be announced to my newsletter subscribers first, so make sure you are signed up through this form. Often, sales will be advertised through my Instagram account as well, so follow @hazelmade.
Do you offer gift cards / certificates?
Yes, you can shop gift cards here. Gift Cards (certificates) are a digital download / coupon code. For gift card purchases over $35, I'm happy to include a gift note sent directly to the recipient with a printed copy of their gift card. Please email me (info@shopHazelmade.com) for more details.
Can I add gift wrapping to my items?
Yes, you can add my custom-designed wrapping paper with ribbon and all the best details by adding this listing to your cart. We include a complimentary gift note with every purchase of Gift Wrap. If you would like to customize your gift note, please write what you would like to be included in the "Add a note" space during checkout. If you are purchasing multiple gift wraps, please add a note during checkout outlining which items should be wrapped together. My order is a gift, can I include a note?
Yes, please add this listing to your cart for every gift note you'd like to include. Please add a note during checkout for your brief note(s) to be handwritten on your gift note(s). Please email me (info@shopHazelmade.com) for more details.

Will the person I'm shipping to see prices on the items?
Pricing information is never included with my shipments to destinations within the USA. There is no pricing information on the products themselves or on the packing slips we include with each shipment. Additionally, if you used a coupon code or discount code, that information will not show on a packing slip. Shipping to a destination outside of the USA may require a customs note which may include a list of items and / or cost of items. If you have questions about shipping a gift outside of the USA and what may be included, please email me and I'll be happy to help provide additional details.
