Returns and exchange details
I take returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis; these must be reported within 7 business days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Damage due to shipment must be reported within two business days of receipt. Once your payment has been received, your order will ship within 1 to 3 business days - if not sooner. Turnaround times may vary depending on time of year and during peak holiday season.
