Wholesale Policies

DIRECT ORDERS

PAYMENT TERMS
You will receive an invoice to confirm your order, shipping address, and shipping fees. Your invoice must be paid in full before I ship your order. Please inquire for alternate payment terms. Payment can be made online or by phone with credit card or bank transfer. We also accept checks by mail.

PRODUCT MINIMUMS
Minimum per product is 2 per design, with no case size specified. Single greeting cards are the exception with a minimum of 6 per design, with no case size specified.

RETURN POLICIES
Hazelmade maintains one of the highest sell-through rates and lowest return rates in its brand category. I encourage you to reach out prior to placing your opening order so I can help select the best items for your shop and answer any questions you may have. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you have any concerns with your shipment, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order so it can be corrected. Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Damage due to shipment must be reported within 2 business days of receipt.

FAIRE ORDERS 

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are set by Faire, please reach out to them for details on your specific payment terms. Many buyers receive 60 day payment terms through Faire. I'm always happy to help, please let me know if I can reach out to my Faire representative on your behalf - I typically receive a reply in less than 1 business day.
