Job Description:
Hazelmade is seeking a highly organized and motivated fulfillment specialist to execute the daily functions of the studio. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This role requires a balance of operational, logistical, and creative responsibilities, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Pull and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Product Packaging: Package products with care and attention to detail, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Track studio supplies levels, anticipate needs, and manage reordering processes.
  • Wholesale Outreach: Conduct wholesale sales outreach and track progress.
  • Online Store Maintenance: Maintain the company's online store (Shopify and Faire), including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
  • CRM and PM Tool Maintenance: Maintain project management (PM) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow.
  • Event Preparation: Pull and pack inventory for off-site events, ensuring all necessary materials are organized.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on studio management, operations, retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift 30 lbs. and move boxes, and stand for extended periods.

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM and project management tools.
